As a family of four with two young children, we recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming lodge for a weekend getaway. the experience was overall quite positive, with a few minor hiccups along the way. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and promptly checked into our spacious room. the room itself was well-appointed, with lovely original features and windows that allowed for a nice cross-breeze. the bed was large and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep for the entire family. the spotlessly clean bathroom boasted a fantastic shower, which was a welcome sight after a long day of travel. the children were thrilled to discover the hotel triplets entertainment, which kept them entertained for hours on end. It was a delight to see them having so much fun and making new friends while we had some time to relax and unwind. the breakfast choices were varied and catered to both adult and children's palates. the buffet spread offered something for everyone, ensuring that the whole family could start the day off on a delicious note. While there were a few small issues such as a noisy machine and a slippery shower exit, the positives far outweighed The negatives. the family-friendly amenities, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful scenery made for a memorable weekend getaway.
